CASE STUDY
SKYHOUSE
Creating a design showcase to polish a diamond in the sky and share its splendor with the world via WSJ, Mansion Global, Architectural Record’s “House of the Month”, and an AIA/Los Angeles House Tour event.
After Skyhouse won several prestigious awards, XTEN Architecture wanted to share it with their community. All it needed were some interior updates to fully realize its potential. KEEN introduced XTEN to Palevsky who met the client and was hired to style the home before putting it on the market.
Finding the right designer who can work quickly and effectively, as well as securing brand partners willing to showcase their products within the space, are crucial steps in transforming the project into an editorial masterpiece. With the client's enthusiasm and the expertise of both XTEN Architecture and Palevsky Co., the project was photo ready for Sam Frost.
The home sold to the very first prospective buyer who saw it.
